Meet Dr. Brett Berner, an Upper Cervical Chiropractor specializing in the Orthospinology procedure. He provides precise, gentle care without cracking or twisting, helping patients restore health naturally.
A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Berner was inspired to pursue Upper Cervical care after witnessing the life-changing results it had on his own father. That experience shaped his mission to help people find lasting relief through focused, non-invasive care.
Dr. Berner has experience caring for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors, and is passionate about improving quality of life through customized chiropractic care. He also enjoys educating others about wellness topics such as nutrition, ketosis, and intermittent fasting.
Dr. Brett Berner earned his Doctorate from the esteemed Palmer College of Chiropractic and is committed to making a meaningful impact in his community. With experience caring for patients of all ages—from newborns to seniors—he combines clinical expertise with a deep passion for natural healing.
A strong advocate for ketosis and intermittent fasting, Dr. Berner often shares his knowledge to help others improve their health through simple, sustainable lifestyle changes.
Originally practicing traditional chiropractic, he transitioned to Foundational Correction after witnessing the life-changing results his father experienced through Upper Cervical care. This precise, non-invasive technique avoids cracking or popping and allows him to help patients who feel they’ve run out of options finally find relief.

Dr. Andrea Hutchinson

Dr. Andrea is a proud Michigan native whose journey in chiropractic began after experiencing firsthand how it helped her avoid injuries and surgeries while playing competitive ice hockey. Her athletic background fueled a deep appreciation for the power of the body to heal naturally—an understanding that inspired her to pursue her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Throughout chiropractic school and into her professional career, Dr. Andrea discovered a special passion for supporting pregnant women and children. She is dedicated to helping families thrive by focusing on nervous system health and proper spinal alignment from an early age. Her clinical expertise includes Upper Cervical care, the Webster Technique for pregnancy, and Diversified adjustments, allowing her to provide highly personalized and effective care for patients of all ages.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Andrea embraces an active, sun-filled lifestyle. You’ll often find her enjoying long walks around the city, relaxing at the beach, or staying fit through Pilates, weightlifting, and running. Her energy, empathy, and commitment to wellness extend far beyond the treatment room, making her a valued part of the Foundation Chiropractic team.

Office Manager
Hi, I’m Dominique. I’m the Office Manager at Foundation Chiropractic in Lutz, Florida. I help keep the office running smoothly by overseeing patient records, billing, daily operations, and supporting patient care whenever needed.
I’ve been in chiropractic for almost ten years, and I love being part of a team that truly helps people feel and function better. I’ve seen firsthand how chiropractic care can impact patients’ lives, and I’ve experienced those benefits personally with both myself and my family. That’s why I believe so strongly in what we do here every day.
Outside the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family or enjoying a fun day at Disney.

Chiropractic Assistant
Hi, I’m Taylor. I’m a Chiropractic Assistant here at Foundation Chiropractic, and you’ll usually find me helping with therapies like Precision Wave and Laser. My favorite part of what I do is seeing people heal and get their lives back, pain-free.
I’m a Florida native who loves sunshine, music, travel, and spending time with my two amazing boys. Before chiropractic, I spent years in birth work, including time with Amish families in Lancaster. That experience deepened my passion for holistic, natural health approaches, so you could say I’m the “Crunchy CA.”
I love talking about natural remedies, herbs, and techniques that help the body heal the way it was designed to.

Hi, I’m Gloriana. I’m a Chiropractic Assistant here at Foundation Chiropractic.
I’m a recent graduate of the University of Tampa, where I studied Biology, and I plan to continue my education by attending PA school. I’m originally from Central Illinois, but I’ve loved making Florida my home.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my cats, exploring new places, and continuing to learn more about health and the human body.
I wanted to work at Foundation Chiropractic because I was drawn to a locally owned practice that takes a holistic approach to healthcare and truly puts patients first. In the office, I help patients with therapies like Laser and Precision Wave, and my favorite part is helping them feel welcomed, encouraged, and cared for throughout their healing journey.
Emily
Chiropractic Assistant
Hi, I’m Emily. I’m a Chiropractic Assistant here at Foundation Chiropractic, where I help patients with Class IV Laser Therapy and PrecisionWave Shockwave treatments.
I’m also a Licensed Massage Therapist at Divine Connections Massage and Spa, and I’m currently working toward my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at the University of South Florida.
My passion for health and wellness has continued to grow as I’ve seen the amazing changes people can experience when the body is supported the right way with Upper Cervical care. Seeing those transformations firsthand has inspired me to pursue chiropractic school so I can continue helping people heal, move better, and improve their quality of life.
Outside of work and school, I enjoy staying active, learning more about the body, and spending time with the people I love.

Swanson is our playful Pembroke Welsh Corgi with a fluffy red coat and a white blaze on his face.
He loves belly rubs, naps in quiet corners, and greeting everyone with his wagging nub tail.
